In Vicente López, the Sabe la Tierra market is being reimagined as a hub for healthier food access. Asociación Sustentar, a winner of the Healthy Cities Challenge, is working with grocery stores and restaurants to bring healthy, organic produce into daily life, alongside running workshops on composting, community gardening and cooking. Built with local suppliers and the municipality, the project shows how a local market can grow into a wider neighbourhood network for healthier eating.
