In Campinas, Brazil, health does not start at the clinic. It starts in parks, at the dinner table and on the walk to school. Passos, part of the Childhood Obesity Prevention Initiative (COPI), brings together health, education, sports and social services to improve children's access to healthy food and physical activity. The programme is now expanding across the city, aiming to reach more of Campinas's children with the same coordinated approach.
